Seqrity Check Application
The Seqrity Check Application is a smart residential Security and visitor management solution designed to manage and monitor entry and exit activities within a residential community. It enables Security guards to register and verify visitors, delivery personnel, staff, and guests before granting access.
Project Overview
The application includes visitor registration, resident verification, face recognition, visitor approvals, entry/exit tracking, and attendance management. It uses real-time WebSocket communication to instantly synchronize Security activities and status updates with the portal. Push notifications and real-time alerts keep residents, guards, and administrators informed about visitor requests, approvals, entries, and other important Security events.It maintains a complete history of visitor activity and provides Security personnel with quick access to relevant resident and visitor information, helping reduce manual processes and improve the overall Security and efficiency of the community.
The Challenge
Managing visitors, residents, and Security operations through manual processes can lead to delays, communication gaps, and limited visibility into community activity. Security teams needed a centralized solution to verify visitors, manage approvals, track entry and exit records, monitor guard attendance, and keep residents informed with real-time updates and alerts.
